This pool is salt water, filtered from the Sea. It cascades into the landscape and makes for a wonderful day out. Beautiful Vancouver Kitsilano.

I photographed the infinity pool of the Paloma Club Sultan hotel under all sorts of lighting conditions and it always looked stunning. It even made going out at 7am to reserve sunbeds a pleasure.....
Breathtakingly beautiful lake in Taichung, Taiwan.
It is the largest body of water in Taiwan. The area around the lake is home to the Thao tribe, one of aboriginal tribes of Taiwan. Sun Moon Lake surrounds a tiny island called Lalu. The east side of the lake resembles a sun while the west side resembles a moon, hence the name.
Sun Moon Lake is located 748 m (2,454 ft) above sea level.
In the middle of the lake is the Lalu Island, which is considered holy ground by the Thao tribe. In legend, Thao hunters discovered Sun Moon Lake while chasing a white deer through the surrounding mountains. The deer eventually led them to the lake, which they found to be not only beautiful, but abundant with fish.

This was a familiar sight as about the same time every day the Hotel photographer turned up looking for suitable people to model for shots on the edge of the infinity pool, I just though I'd take advantage of the opportunity myself.
