The more observant of you may have spotted that in some shots the floodlights and a sign saying 'No climbing' in the middle of the 'temple' disappear. In others they don't ........
The west facing infinity pool of the Paloma Club Sultan made for a great spot for taking portrait shots at sunset, consequently most nights the in-house photographer was taking advantage of the location. I couldn't resist poaching a few shots, particularly as during the daytime the lifeguards would blow their whistles at you if you tried walking along the wall.

I really like this shot I took of an early morning swimmer enjoying the Infinity Pool of the Paloma Club Sultan hotel. The warm light and timing make it special for me, obviously the experience of being there and taking it maybe colours my judgement a bit.

This pool is salt water, filtered from the Sea. It cascades into the landscape and makes for a wonderful day out. Beautiful Vancouver Kitsilano.

Who would've thought fibreglass could be so beautiful..... I say fibreglass but it might have been reconstituted stone (i.e. concrete), either way I found the infinity pool at the Paloma Club Sultan Hotel to be incredibly photogenic (hence all the shots.....).

The beautiful grounds of the Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake Resort in Alleppey, Kerala. I would highly recommend this place, had a fantastic time, the resort was beautiful, rooms were fantastic, and customer service was superb. Oh and the prices were way lower than you would think for such a great resort.

I know I've said (on at least one occasion) that I wouldn't upload any more shots of the infinity pool of the Paloma Club Sultan but then every time I look at my RAW files I see another shot I feel would be a shame just to sit on my hard drive......
Here I 'poached' a shot of a woman having her portraits taken by the hotel photographer, I felt this justified as ordinarily you weren't allowed to stand on the side wall of the infinity pool.......

The infinity pool of the Paloma Club Sultan in Ozdere, Turkey is an idyllic location so I'm not really a 'sunshine and swimming pool' kind of person I didn't really have much to complain about during my weeks stay there earlier this Summer.
