My final photo for this project. It's taken a long time, in fact it's just under four years and there have certainly been moments when I nearly gave up. Only my own dislike of being defeated has kept me going.
The Ship of Theseus is a fascinating book; presented to look like a library book, complete with date stamps from 1957 - 2000, it also has notes in the margins which form a story in themselves, being between two people (Jen and Eric) who keep leaving the book for the other one to find (back on the library shelf). There are also inserts between the pages, letters, postcards, a map, a newspaper cutting. I haven't yet decided how to read it - whether to read the book itself and then go back and read the correspondence or whether to try and read both concurrently.

Inbetween Tywyn and Aberdovey, Gwynedd, Wales. The temperatures were moderate, it was reasonably dry and the wind was light. A good walk.

beach front property in La Manzanilla on the Pacific coast near Manzanillo - inbetween Tropical Storm Juliette which has hit this area on 1 October 2007 and Tropical Storm Kiko on 20/21 October 2007, just before this was taken.
i assure you, by now these beaches are all beautiful and inviting again as the tourist season has started! i was very surprised though to find them like this in this small fishing-tourist village in October - in some areas they just did not seem to bother cleaning up inbetween storms??

I had both Saxon & Biscuit down the park, ran Saxon, faked for some panning attempts of him running past me until it didn't work anymore, then Biscuit, then we had to rest in the shade ... rinse ... repeat :-)
I had 2 tuckered out puppies :-)

Inbetween hwy closures I had a visit from Santa. All 15ft of it is under the tree now and will likely remain there til spring unless Terry wants to cut a bigger hole in the ice? Magic 8 Ball says "Dont count on it". Shaping snow and hollering out like Disneys Sport Goofy while on skis will keep me busy for the next few months...
