Improvisation in monochrome watercolor on Canson drawing paper, 9 x 12 inches. Flipped a coin a few times.
Trying to feel less miserable waiting out the cold rain. Somehow I fell asleep under there.
You can see the remains of a shipwreck in the distance. It made the seas look deceptively calm when I launched again; once I got around the ship the chop was back to 3-4 feet. You can see the shipwreck in the satellite image of the place.
I tried to make a barrel for the gun with a transparency instead of using a straw. It wan't a perfect solution but I believe it can be made to work.
