Impression Lijiang - a magnificant outdoor production held on a huge man-made stage at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. About 500 amateur performers from 10 ethnic minority groups selected from some 16 towns and villages around Lijiang took part in this production by acclaimed Chinese director Zhang Yimou.
Best on Black too.
You have to be a the right mood for this shot. Slowish speed used purposefully to create movement in sky & sea while the sand remained static. Not my usual take, just pushing the boundaries a little.
As I went past in the bus I caught a glimpse of something Monet-like so walked back to take a photo.
