Impossible project film PX600

Camera Polaroid SLR680

I think the reason we love bokeh so much, is because in real life, it's literally impossible to focus on it. If we do it's gone. But, in photographs, you can stare at it all day long. Just an observation. :)

Hopefully, I can give you guys something worth uploading soon.

Effects: Holga-ish

Ps. Yes, that is my hand looking all deformed.

...to do it justice in a photo. Really needs to be seen in the flesh to appreciate the genius that went into it...

Some Color Shade "First Blush" color film from The Impossible Project. Trying to take a photo of a circuit board completed for our Swamp Plexi amplifier project last night at Rich's place. Not exactly the kind of subject that Impossible film is suited to.

"Just woke up and thought I'd try

Try to step across the line

You know that I've been thinking 'bout it for a while

Yeah

Starting to think it's time I leave

Does me good to know I finally feel

Feel this pain, it's real, it's possible

(You say)

Can't change the winds, you say

Won't matter anyway

Can't reach that far

Cause it's impossible (it's impossible)

Can't rise above this place

Won't change your mind, so I pray

Breaking down the walls to the impossible (it's impossible)

Walking by myself I know

This lonely road's becoming my new home

But I don't stop

I just keep moving on, and on

Ain't no need to dry my eyes

I haven't cried in quite some time

Everyday I fight it,

You know it's possible

(You say)

Can't change the winds, you say

Won't matter anyway

Can't reach that far

Cause it's impossible (it's impossible)

Can't rise above this place

Won't change your mind, so I pray

Breaking down the walls to the impossible (it's impossible)

Someone tell me why

It's so hard taking chances

You draw the line and think that

I won't ask for more

Yeah

I will stumble and I'll make my own mistakes

Yeah

But I won't worry about it anymore

It's impossible

(You say)

Can't change the winds, you say

Won't matter anyway

Can't reach that far

Cause it's impossible (it's impossible)

Can't rise above this place

Won't change your mind, so I pray

Breaking down the walls to the impossible (it's impossible)

It's impossible to you

Not impossible for me

Not impossible for me

Can't rise above this place (impossible to you)

Won't change enough, so I pray (not impossible for me)

Breaking down the walls to the impossible (not impossible for me)

(it's impossible)

Just woke up and thought I'd try

Try to step across the line"

The people at Impossible Project held a open house and I was invited to join the tour of the factory. The place once employed 1200 people at the hight of the Polaroid days. Now just 36 people are the Impossible Project. All of them passionate, dedicated and giving their all to keep us Polaroid camera users happy with film. Daunting task and after the visit I have nothing but respect for people achieving the impossible.

I bought my first role of film from the Impossible project (the people trying to make Polaroid type film). I tried to hide the shot as soon as it came out of the camera. I let it develop several minutes. It was a cold day, about 50 degrees.
