Some information about singapore
Singapore, officially the Republic of Singapore, is a Southeast Asian city-state off the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, 137 kilometres (85 mi) north of the equator. An island country made up of 63 islands, it is separated from Malaysia by the Straits of Johor to its north and from Indonesia's Riau Islands by the Singapore Strait to its south. Singapore is highly urbanised but almost half of the country is covered by greenery. More land is being created for development through land reclamation.
Singapore had been a part of various local empires since it was first inhabited in the second century AD. Modern Singapore was founded as a trading post of the East India Company by Sir Stamford Raffles in 1819 with permission from the Sultanate of Johor. The British obtained full sovereignty over the island in 1824 and Singapore became one of the British Straits Settlements in 1826. Singapore was occupied by the Japanese in World War II and reverted to British rule after the war. It became internally self-governing in 1959. Singapore united with other former British territories to form Malaysia in 1963 and became a fully independent state two years later after separation from Malaysia. Since then it has had a massive increase in wealth, and is one of the Four Asian Tigers. The economy depends heavily on the industry and service sectors. Singapore is a world leader in several areas: It is the world's fourth-leading financial centre, the world's second-biggest casino gambling market, and the world's third-largest oil refining centre. The port of Singapore is one of the five busiest ports in the world, most notable for being the busiest transshipment port in the world. The country is home to more US dollar millionaire households per capita than any other country. The World Bank notes Singapore as the easiest place in the world to do business. The country has the world's third highest GDP PPP per capita of US$59,936, making Singapore one of the world's wealthiest countries.

We decided to copy that picture that kept turning up whenever I was looking for boudoir pics for inspiration. I have seen it copied a couple of times but I actually think Elisha did it best.
The bateleur (Terathopius ecaudatus) is a medium-sized eagle in the family Accipitridae. Its closest relatives are the snake eagles. It is the only member of the genus Terathopius and may be the origin of the "Zimbabwe Bird", national emblem of Zimbabwe.
Bateleurs are hunters and scavengers; birds such as pigeons and sangrouse are preferred prey items, although it may attack small mammals and also takes carrion. The bateleur is generally silent, but on occasions it produces a variety of barks and screams. The bird spends a considerable amount of time on the wing, particularly in low-altitude glides. It is endemic to Africa and small parts of Arabia.
"Bateleur" is French for "Street Performer", which included performers such as tight-rope walkers. This name implies the bird’s characteristic habit of rocking its wings from side to side when gliding, as if catching its balance

York Pullman Bus Co. Ltd. was formed in October 1926, when two single proprietor businesses, one of which was called Pullman, merged their businesses. The Pullman name was a marketing ploy, implying quality by association with Pullman railway carriages. The connection was reinforced by the choice of a livery similar to that of the railway carriages, and comparatively opulent vehicle interiors. As well as building up York's dominant excursion, tour, and private coach hire business, the firm built up a network of bus services linking York with its immediate rural hinterland. The most lucrative bus routes ran north from York (Exhibition Square), serving villages on and close to the A19 between York and Easingwold. In 1954, three double deckers (Roe bodied AEC Regent IIIs) were bought new to meet demand on this group of routes, one (JDN668 - shown elsewhere on this photostream) being preserved in private ownership after withdrawal. In 1957, ODN348 was bought to augment the double deck fleet. It was an AEC Regent V MD3Rv with Roe H33/28R and it too was preserved after withdrawal in 1977. It is shown here in June 1981, leaving Bridlington after taking part in the annual Hull to Bridlington Vintage Vehicle Run.

Though the catalogue description implies this classical style building was in Limerick City, this Stereo Pairs image is going to take some identifying! Because, it is certainly not the railway station in Limerick City, nor any other railway station that I know of. And so we are left with the question(s): what and where is it, and is it still standing?
And we got our answer - very quickly - when Oretani Wildlife (Mike Grimes) identified this as Armagh Courthouse. And, despite a bombing in the 1990s (which seemingly shifted one of the columns "back a full 9 inches"), it is still standing...
