Argentinain artist Eduardo Basualdo, who has a background in theatre, draws on literature and psychoanalysis to put the position of mankind with its inescapable submission to and potential emancipation from uiniversal forces evading its control, into perspective. Flirting with the apocalypse and plunging us into a world of strange familiarity, Basualdo conjures up the transformation now taking place in our environment and challenges our fragile, but fundamental, certainties. He asks us to think about life and nature's mysterious energies, as well as our consciousness and illusions.
Hanging only by a cord, Teoria evokes the precarious balance often refered to in mythological narratives. The astonishing black mass, subject as it is to the immutable laws of gravity, could collapse upon humanity. Dramatic and dreamlike, mysterious and disproportionate, this object with the look of a meteorite threatens our existence. Teoria provides viewers with a perceptual experience that leads them to both contemplate and fear this strange and enthralling work, whose inner character and origin cannot be penetrated or recognized.

The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts' Chinese art collection is one of the oldest in North America. Conceived in the early 20th century to provide a window on an exotic and mysterious world, the collection and its display aimed to educate the public in the appreciation of foreign aesthetics, even if biased by a colonialist misperception of China as a monolithic entity. A number of weathy Montrealers started collecting all things Asian in the early 1900s when, owing to the collapse of the Qing dynasty, Chinese antiques suddenly arrived on the North American market. Sir William Van Horne, Lord Strathcona, Mabel Molson, and F. Cleveland Morgan became important collectors and then donors, shaping the Museum's collection for decades to come.
The terms coined by early connoisseurs in the West to define Chinese art - one of the most longstanding artistic productions in the world - often stressed continuity and unity over change and diversity. Objects were at first interpreted as timeless and immutable in function. However, most were on the contrary constantly put in various sacred and profane uses, and cherished in a wide variety of contexts by different people. Today's display of the collection highlights three aspects of this multiple functionality. First comes "Art of the Tomb" with objects originally meant to accompany the dead but later prized in court settings. Next, "Act for Life" includes utensils and artifacts valued by the living but sometimes entombed with their users. And last, "Art for the Temple" presents art conceived for religious devotion.

The full automatic vacuum low-temperature crawler belt dryer can form a porous and loose shape inside the dried product, retaining the original material properties of the product, and has a good appearance. Due to its vacuum low-temperature drying, it can meet the processing requirements of most heat sensitive materials. This machine has overcome the technical challenge of continuous feeding and discharging under vacuum, successfully transforming static drying into dynamic drying. While significantly increasing the output of dried products, it has also led to a comprehensive reduction in production costs. Especially suitable for spray drying and drying of high viscosity, high fat, high sugar and other materials difficult to solve in vacuum oven. And it can effectively maintain the stability and consistency of product batches.
The materials directly enter into the high vacuum container.Through the slow drying for a while (drying time:30 to 60 minutes),the dried granule shall have a certain degree of crystallization effect.Seen from microstructure,it has micro-pores inside.After been comminuted into the required diameter,the granules shall have good liquidity and can be directly pressed into tablets or filled into capsules.At the same time,due to the loose microstructure of the granules,they have extremely good instant solubility.
