Muffie, a Westie, was 6 weeks old when this photo was taken. “This was her very first bath!” says her pet parent, Bradleigh. “Muffie loves getting groomed and bathed. She considers it a day at the spa. She is the most loving and intelligent dog you will ever meet. She loves to smell and look good!”
Winston, a 7-year-old Mini Schnauzer, was adopted from his first owner when she moved cross country and needed to give him up. His new dog mom, Nancy, happened to be looking for a playmate for her Schnauzer boy. Winston came to visit for a weekend, and never left. His dog mom says Winston is smart, athletic and sweet under his tough exterior. What she loves most about her pooch is how he sleeps in the bed between her and his dog dad, underneath the sheets and blankets.
Rayne is almost 3 years old and “the most cuddly dog you’ve ever seen – he loves to love!” says Mandi, his dog mom. “He's pretty tough, though. Last spring I was in the yard doing some planting and a huge Dalmatian walked past our house. Little Rayne must not have liked how close he got to his mommy, because he came storming out and chased that dog down the street! Now that was a funny sight, but hey, the Dalmatian was scared!”
Cooper, a 2-year-old yellow Lab, had a rough start in life with stomach issues, but his dog dad Sid said he is doing much better now. In fact, Sid said Cooper is “developing into a beautiful vibrant young male that I think is half duck. I could not keep him out of the water if I tried. If we could get paid for playing, we'd be rich.”
