The forecast is looking exciting this week, with cold winds and snow, so it's just a question of where it falls. Hopefully the ideal height would be anywhere over 2000 ft, so either the Brecon Beacons, or later on in the week Scotland should get some. The ideal height is by Biffy Clyro.

The Davenport Hotel is a hotel located in Spokane, Washington. Commissioned by a group of Spokane businessmen, the hotel is named after Louis Davenport, its first proprietor and overseer of the project. Architect Kirtland Cutter designed the building in 1914. The Davenport Hotel was the first hotel in the United States with air conditioning, a central vacuum system, pipe organ, and dividing doors in the ballrooms. It is also the place at which the first Crab Louis (named after Louis Davenport) was created and served. The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Davenport Hotel was completely restored by developer Walt Worthy in 2002 and operates today under the name The Historic Davenport Hotel within The Davenport Hotel Collection brand along with its three sister hotels

Another shot I wanted to try while on this trip to Paris was a shot of the city lighting up from the top of Montmartre. We got there in plenty of time but were perhaps a little unprepared for how cold it got. We got a good spot and I didn't want to lose it as it had an ideal place to rest a tripod on. By the time I packed up we were both frozen and headed to a restaurant at the bottom of the hill we'd last visited with friends on our last trip here in 2019. Montparnasse Tower is on the far right with the Eiffel Tower being out of shot on the right. Notre Dame Cathedral can be seen well lit dead centre. One of Paris' best features, it's flatness and lack of any really tall buildings in the centre can be seen here.

Given I'm more of a run and gun photographer (don't have the patience) - I did give myself a few moments to properly plan this composition - looking at foreground, midground, background - with an implied movement of objects from the rocks, to the building, to the lighthouse in the background.
