"Un'idea, un concetto, un'idea
finché resta un'idea è soltanto un'astrazione
se potessi mangiare un'idea
avrei fatto la mia rivoluzione..."

Another photo from a recent night walk in London. It is difficult to find a new view of the St Paul's Cathedral from the Millennium Bridge, but I gave it a try... Mr Tripod would have been very handy, but unfortunately was on holidays... Oh well, next time. At least now I have an idea for a photo!

I’m happy to share with you my project based on the stories of Zorro, a fictional character created by writer Johnston McCulley, who has been the subject of numerous novels and many film and television adaptations. Zorro is a masked hero who defends the people of California from bandits. He is always accompanied by his loyal horse, Tornado, and is famous for his signature mark, the letter “Z”, which he carves as a symbol of victory.
For this project, I decided to recreate the mythical pose of Zorro, sitting on his horse and brandishing his fencing blade. The base represents the Californian landscape, featuring a cactus and rocky terrain. The model consists of a total of 1,200 pieces.
If you would like to see it turn into an official LEGO set, click on the support button to vote for it! Many thanks!
So...winter has decided to arrive early and this morning I woke up to a nice blanket of white covering everything. It seems like when it's cold out, I end up drinking more coffee than usual which not only warms me up, but seems to fill my brain with all sorts of photo ideas :)

Tiny water droplets. I'll be working on technique/results some more, but for anyone interested : DVD surface, continuous light from the side. Tiny water droplets 'dotted' on the DVD with a toothpick. Macro lens. Continuous light from side creates 'wedges' of colour on the disk. With this photo, I rotated the disk until the droplets were positioned just on the edge of the blues that the wedge of colour was producing at that particular angle. Not sure what DVD structure enabled the trailing red disks. Fun to mess around :)

so i decided to try out my long exposure/night time idea while at home. i was hoping for a clear night, but being impatient i decided to go ahead and try it out anyway just to see what would happen. i was pleasantly surprised with the results! of course, if there had been lots of stars in the sky it would have been a more remarkable photograph - but i was able to get everything in focus, and there are a few stars if you look hard enough!
i'm going to go back outside later tonight to see if the skies have cleared up any. i think we're supposed to get more snow, though, so i'm not getting my hopes up too far.

In celebration of the release of the Disney CMFs and the upcoming Cinderella Castle, as well as the 60th Anniversary of the park, I decided to make a contest entry based on the Disneyland Resort! It's a miniature version of the map and as anyone who has visited one of the Disney theme parks will know, finding your way around the park is like navigating a giant maze. There are lots of winding paths and oftentimes you will find yourself in a dead end. So, in order to make your way to all the fun attractions and make the most out of your visit, you will need to find the correct path and master it. This addition to the Lego Ideas Maze allows you to do just that!

...veo tantas cada día, en el tren, en el metro, en los bares, en la oficina, en las tiendas, en los parques....son demasiadas miradas vacías que alojan un gran agujero negro en su interior.

I hadn't seen anyone do this yet, I may be wrong. Chima croc head on a bootleg hulk body (with the removable head). Just threw this together quickly, I'm sure there are some customisers out there who could do a good paintjob etc. The head doesn't fit fully on, but near enough.

che fatica!!!!!!!
x il posto e la compagnia del mio grande amico use ne è valsa la pena!!!!!
il pezzo poi mi gasa di brutto!
Damian: I gave him a black hood instead of his hairpiece and gave him katanas
Nightwing: I gave him Damian's hairpiece, I think this made him look more like his appearance in the new 52 comics
Dick Grayson Robin: this is based on his appearance on Batman: The Animated Series, but i currently don't have red hips and a yellow cape. I will also need green arms.
Tell me what you think in the comments below :)
