Couldn't delete photos from my devices? I've just found out how. Removing photos from iCloud stream.

Worked for me. I wish iCloud would let me select files to add/edit to photostream rather than automatically every NEW image.
13th October 2011 - Yesterday evening I have started with the preparations to make the change to iOS 5 and I have updated iTunes. It seemed that half the world tried to do this as it took me nearly 3 hours to download the update. Therefore I decided to leave the iOS for today. While I am writing this text, the backup of the iPhone is running and I will then clik the "Download and Update" button. Exciting!

Classic line from a Rolling Stones song. I was indeed waiting on such an one. Not sure if there's any undertones to that tune, or not. I was just goofing off a bit while she had excused herself. This view is looking out over the lake. The road is visible - somewhat - in the background.

When I posted my original photo of the primitive device usage tracking system we'd set up, Heidi asked what kind of devices I meant, and said that her team tracks tablet devices. On our team, developers all have iPads that are "theirs", and all have iPhones that are either personal or company-issued. (The QA team has a pool of devices that they share, but that are also mostly assigned to a particular person; however, those are ordered and managed through a different budget process. Yeah, don't ask why QA and Development are separate orgs; you don't want that earful from me. :-)
Due to the upcoming iOS5 release, and the quite-a-while-ago iPad2 release, I ordered a bunch of new devices to share among the developers so we could make sure we were developing against a relatively full array of device and OS combinations. So everyone could tell which device was which, I put Moo stickers on the back of -- and on the charger for -- each device, and then set the sticker image to be the wallpaper for both the home screen and the lock screen... and then I promptly lost track of where each device was. To solve *that* problem, I extended our device tracking wall, using the wallpaper/sticker image and the device name as the identifiers, and noting what kind of device and which iOS was on each one. This turned out to be the missing piece to my system. I no longer have to look up the purchasing e-mail or in the XCode organizer to remember which device is which -- and I know where to find them, too.
