She is Hyper Blossom.The pink PowerPuff Girl Z. She uses a yo-yo as her signature weapon. She is very familiar with the mahou shojo genre, along with some typical anime/super sentai concepts and is regarded as a "hero maniac" in school, often regarding herself as a leader, though this is not unanimously agreed upon by the others. However, Blossom is normally associated with having few friends outside of just her two best friends (Buttercup/Kaoru, and Bubbles/Miyako). She lives with her mom, dad, and little sister Kasey (Kuriko). Blossom has an enormous appetite for candy and other sugary foods and is constantly falling in love with cute looking boys. Although she is often easily distracted and has been known to whine, Blossom tries her best to protect New Townsville, lead the girls, and help her friends regardless of her situation. Often she can be very clever and crafty when needed, usually being the first to come up with a plan to trick or defeat a monster that the girls are having trouble with. She is represented by Hearts.

Active Surf, Snow and Skate store at the Temecula Town Center in Temecula, California, this store anchors the shopping center alongside of Vons grocery store, HomeGoods, CVS Drugs (formerly a Sav-On Drugs) and Target, once upon a time there was also an Edwards Cinema but that closed when the larger Promenade Edwards open, that is now being used as a 24 Hour Fitness.

This is a Hyper Stereo 3D screenshot. Created using 2 Toshiba S20 camcorders.
I took a photo with the left hand camcorder and left the image on the viewfinder. I then moved a few feet horizontally to the right and tried to take the exact same photo with the right hand camcorder, using the left reference image to line things up as best I could. Its mainly guess work and trial and error, but with a steady hand and a bit of luck you sometimes get some good stereos.
