This was extremely experimental. I just stumbled upon this look as I was experimenting with Photoshop, and I liked it. It had a very Minorty Report/War of the Worlds type feel and look to it, and I guess I just figured it would be a great look to have.

The hydrant continues to leak, and create wondrous winter ice formations.

A fire hydrant just outside of the Air Force Memorial. You can see it in the background. I don't think I've seen a fire hydrant this polished and shiney before.
