Huntsman Spotted in the bathroom.
Lucky my girlfriend was away in Japan at the time. She was not impressed by these photos.

The Corkscrew Sanctuary is a wonderful place to take a stroll real Florida. On the boardwalk, one may encounter a variety of creatures from hawks, gators, bugs, etc. Though sometimes the small ones surprise you the most. This Huntsman spider was doing a very good job of playing hide and seek until I all most stepped on him, forcing him to move. Corkscrew, FL
This spider spent some hours devouring the Grasshopper which was about the same size as the spider when I first found them.

Pleased with this one. Beside emory, no clean up post dip. Feel like I'm getting the hang of the silver's "wetness".
I find these huntsman spiders to be a non aggressive spider with such long legs.
"Shield huntsmen (Neosparassus sp.) less frequently enter houses than the Common huntsman.
Their bite may cause local problems as well as sweating, nausea and vomiting. The genus Neosparassus was formerly called Olios and the family Sparassidae was formerly named Heteropodidae."
