It has been very cold today but little Leo enjoyed his first visit to the roof terrace where he played with everything he could find. Most of the time he was hidden somewhere between the plants and it was close to impossible to take photos. The light wasn't great anyway, I will try again tomorrow.
There is another capture in the comments which shows Leo when he saw Tofu for the first time. I think it's safe to say that the Dragon made quite an impression. :)
Continuing with my Positive Flags of the Nations with a tribute to hugs.
I have learned that there is more power in a good strong hug than in a thousand meaningful words.

A hug is a great gift – one size fits all, and it’s easy to exchange.

There’s a long life ahead of you and it’s going to be beautiful, as long as you keep loving and hugging each other.

Since I was at my Mom's taking pictures for last Monday's theme, I took the opportunity to photograph all the little Chriistmas knick knacks she has around ;D And here's my favourite snowman, standing at the top of a snowball enclosing the middle part of a Xmas tree and giving a big squeezy hug to its top :)))

A male swan (cob) tundra swan tries to impress his feeding mate (called a pen). Didn't work tho.....perhaps on Valentine's weekend.
Another shot to impress his mate in comments.
Enjoy a wonderful Valentine's weekend.
This is my sister hugging one of the huge sequoia trees in the local zoo and botanical garden. She always does that when she visits the zoo, it has become a kind of tradition, but that was the first time I took a photo. :)

Three days before the wedding I proclaim, demand, ok plead to have a chore free day so I could take a hike. Rachel says take me, but it has to be an easy one. OK. Sheep lake 3.5 mile out and back.... We arrive and the pristine and glorious green pool surrounded by mountains and a forest of fir and I say ok, we can go back OR we could climb over that ridge and I'll show you something really spectacular.... It's so tall she has to bend her head back, gives a wry smile as she knew Dad just set her up, but we went. Took the PCT into Sourdough gap and turned left into Mount Rainier National Park (small sign, no ticket booth) :)
The view from here is upper Chrystal Lake, the peak of the same name across the way and you guessed it, Mount Rainier. I hadn't taken the camera out of the bag, I'd been here and on a better day until this. I didn't climb the out of place rocky hill because a couple was enjoying lunch up there, so here's the one and only shot. :) she got blisters on her feet but said the view was worth it. :)
I'll put a couple pics in comments in case you are wondering what the heck I'm talking about. The second one includes the ridge we went over.
You know that feeling you get when you have been fighting all day and just canget a break any directrion you turn. These guys are in the maiting pod for hours and sometimes they just need a break and want to hug it out.
Hi hi!
I'm back here again.
I hope everyone is happy and is starting a great new year.
As always, I sometimes go back to SL, I hope to stay a little longer than other times, but as always I take advantage of the opportunity to make Baron come back so I can take pictures with him.
I send you a big hug and very good vibes for the beginning of this year.
Wake up your imagination. The flower in front of you is standing on her legs and stretching both her hands asking for a hug.
A hug is a cure, love, and relief. The most important thing about a hug is that it is free and easy. So, turn around .. find your spouse, children, and loved ones. Give each of them a big hug.
