I feel very strongly that stainless steel fishing hooks should be banned. Cheap hooks do rust away but stanless never perish and are left behind to cause terrible suffering and a slow death to reptiles, birds, and mamals. Fishing is the most popular sport and the average angler loses around 200 hooks a year.
