Adjustable Hinge

The reversible hinge option allows the window to be completely rotated so that the outside of the glass is on the inside, for easy cleaning.

Hinges can be specified with or without a restrictor. Reversible operation is available on both top and side hung sashes and can be specified alongside fixed and standard opening sashes.

I think this one was inside the piano room.

Box Hill Fort is one of a line of 13 mobilisation centres built in the 1890s to protect London from the threat of invasion from continental Europe. They have never been used and have mostly fallen into disrepair. Now it is a scheduled Ancient Monument and undergoing restoration. It's closed to the public and several species of bat call it their home.
