This is the first book I've done that incorporates leather hinges. The leather is sewn into the end-sheets, producing a very strong book. This is probably the strongest binding I've produced to date.

A wonderful hinge on the door at Thiron-Gardais abbey - really beautifully made, even though, in the nature of things, relatively few people would ever see it (if the door was closed) or notice it.

Slowly, the Stalker sneaks up on its prey. Step by cautious step, getting ever closer to catching a glimpse of its obsession. 'Quit acting like you don't know I'm watching' the Stalker thinks. To get a better look, the hand-forged steel branches are pulled to either side, exposing a perfect, unobstructed view of…yourself. Sicko!

Hinge on the tail boom of the Sea Dragon.

The roofs in modular homes are built with hinges so that they can be laid flat during the transportation process. When the modules are assembled on their final site, a crane lifts the roof into place.

Looking up at the roof hinges from in front of the visitor's dugout at Miller Park.

The font is a huge edifice in one of the side aisles, with ornately carved doors enclosing it. This is a little detail. Ref: D326-078
