My wife loves the detail of the Modular Street, but hates how you have to "take them apart" to see inside. So I made her one with hinges.

Split prism view of the hinge on the barn door.

Uncovered from many layers of paint, it now adorns the entry to the new bathroom.

Golden potato pearls, jet-colored Swarovski pearls and purple diamonds swing on a star in these antique gold-look earrings, which is hinged at the bottom points of each star. Total length is 2 5/8"; with gold-filled ear wires and headpins.

A hinge on our old garage.

Most folding hinges on the market are something inferior to Dahon's patented knee-lever (see it on Bunny) or V-clamp. This bike is really something new: for opening push two small safety levers and then just fold it. For closing just unfold it and the levers will spring back to their place. Safely locked. I am waiting to know if these locks are as tight and durable as Dahon's in the long-term.
