I could not believe I found this beautiful Bolas spider sleeping under an Hornbeam (sp) leaf. Looking like a gall it was well hidden. I feel privileged I had an opportunity to hold and photograph this amazing spider. She never moved and I stroked her before tucking her back into the Elm.
