Managed to recover this from a corrupted sd card. Shot looking down Loch Sheil on a tranquil morning. The iconic statue of the lone highlander on top of the Glenfinnan monument at the head of the loch.
I've wanted to see one of these beauties for a long time and today was the day! Meet Harriet. She was pretty curious about what I was doing. Can't wait until it greens up in the spring so I can go back and visit her.

an evening on "Monte Ferraro":
Curious cows came to check on me and to perform all the necessary checks to determine if I could be among them; after passing the tests, they agreed to a photo shoot;

Another shot of the iconic Lone Highlander monument at Glenfinnan in Lochaber. Monument is a tribute to those who died fighting the Jacobite cause. Long exposure shot with some windblown rain drops adding an interesting effect.
