Helsinki Cathedral and waterfront, Finland, viewed from the ferry from Tallinn, Estonia at the end of the short crossing of the Baltic Sea.
The Kyllikki building was built in 1903 in Jugend (Finnish Art Nouveau) style. It was designed by the architects Werner Polón and Georg Wasastjerna.

These two images were supplied by the City of Helsinki with a Press Release. So I am not the photographer or owner but they do appear to be available for some uses so I won't change the settings. No information was included about these trains other than "Light Rail" but it wears a Skoda badge

The Helsinki Museum of Contemporary Art is also known as Kiasma, referring to the optic chiasma, where the eye's optical nerves partially cross to the opposite brain hemisphere. The architect Steven Holl has done a marvellous job that just begged wideangle if not fish eye photography, but after two steps with the big Nikon around my neck I got that look followed by a glance to the No photography sign. I managed to snap this shot before I checked it in at the wardrobe but kept the little Casio firmly in my pocket. I respect their right to prohibit photography of the exhibitions, but surely a few photos of the stunning architecture aren't going to upset anyone? Continued...
