It was tough to leave home after a month of relaxing and reflecting. It was a month that saw the end of my TIK project and some quality time with my family. As I took my seat, ready to fly away from STL, this is what I saw. It was a little wink from the universe letting me know it'd be okay. I'd needed that.

2. Remove the Apron
Now comes the best part - the body. People say eat female in autumn and when the weather is colder, eat the male. The female has lots of eggs, and the male has them as well and some creamy stuff which is the best part. Look at the belly, there is a small movable flap at the posterior of the carapace (the apron). Lift it up and get rid of it.
