trip to chinatown today resulted in a new watch

These Hello Kitty-inspired appliques were made for my friend Courtney using my own pattern design. They look so much better once sewn on as it eliminates any curling. (See my Hello Kitty-inspired key cozy for example.)

This didn't turn out as cute as I would have liked, but practice makes perfect, right? ;)
