Its almost a year since I purchased Photomatix software for HDR, but I can say that I’m fairly new to this type of post processing. Been using one raw file on all my HDRs since I normally cant afford to shoot several shots with various exposures.

I went to Big Bend National Park in Texas, which has mountains and is baisically a lush desert.
This town is about 10 or so miles west of the Chisos Mountains area in Big Bend. It is a "ghost town", used to be a mining community in the early 1900s. It has some awesome old buildings you'll see me upload later. All while these amazing mountains are in the background.
These clouds were just too cool, a storm was rolling in (behind me) and the sun was setting.
It was like a movie.
Another from the Llanberis collection the other weekend...

Kerry Park was given to the city of Seattle by the Kerry family in the late 1920s so everyone would be able to stop and enjoy the view. The view has changed over the years but the park remains. This is one of the iconic views of Seattle. Most photographs just show the Seattle skyline and maybe a bit of the port, often with Mt. Rainier in the background. I've backed it out here to show the neighborhood around the park and some of Puget Sound. This creates the illusion that Seattle is off in the distance but you're really right on top of it when you stand where I took the photo.
