A pillar of light...15 below and holding steady....
Looking towards UAF who are the number one light polluters in my area 7 miles away!
Yuck!! They just remodeled my Starbucks in Bryn Mawr, PA and took out all the comfy leather armchairs and did this. It looks like a library or a call center - gone is the comfort!
Marmite XO. Oh Yessssss! For Canonette...
XO on toast this morning- gives a new take on tradition! Mind you Zoomlens would call it babysteps!
Day 102.
I know we've had this discussion before. With working late tonight and once again struggling for a daily subject I thought I'd go for something that seems to provoke heated debate whenever the subject comes up.
Well, I love it.
And no, I really can't explain it or describe it but if you have tasted it then you'll know - and you either love it or loathe it. There really is no middle ground. No maybe.
.... and yet so right.
Though admittedly, I've yet to try it!
What's this 'alcohol free' nonsense? ;)

Took the hint - this is a *not very festive at all* photo. I should have got a little red elf hat to put on it, really....
Marmite, you either Love it or Hate it, as the marketing slogan goes.

BLAH! I didn't like the photos that I took today, so I cropped this photo and then slapped a texture over it.
Hopefully I'll have something better for tomorrow.
Hmmm. Must admit that most HDR is a bit of a Marmite subject. Love it or hate it with absolutely naff all in between. Well done hdr to bring back some detail in a blown out sky is never a bad thing - but then it wouldn't have an HDR feel to it in the first place. Decided to go all out and embrace this in the spirit of things and go a bit over the top. Oddly, one or two of these I don't think are that bad but well over the top. Wouldn't want to adopt this as an ongoing style !!
