As much as I hate seeing these pop up in my photostream nonstop, I think it's a necessary evil to maybe put an end to this crap.
I'm being serious here, so if you don't mind, leave "tl;dr" at the door.
On Flickr, or any community based site for that matter, it is of the utmost importance to realize that you have an audience. Everybody, from the most irksome BrickArms fanboy to the greatest building god should know this before they ever upload a single picture, post a single comment, or even make an account.
Your audience is people just like you. There is no sub-breed of human that has no purpose but to watch your stream and drool idly. They have photos of their own, and an audience of their own.
Your audience is very easily excited, regardless of what they may claim. When you post something, they will look at it. If they like it, they will share it with their own audience.
It is because of this ability to share that your audience is an incredibly powerful, dangerous thing. It requires extremely delicate care, or you will set it off. An audience is, perhaps, one of the most significant responsibilities you will ever have.
It is for this reason, the audience, that you must learn many other things. You must learn to handle disputes with discretion and maturity. You must learn what needs to be seen and what needs to be retained. You must learn which lines you may cross and which lines should be avoided. For your audience will see everything, and no amount of deleting or apologizing will remove it from their minds. Even the slightest thing will ripple throughout your audience, and onward to theirs, and onward to theirs, etc.
As has been demonstrated multiple times throughout not only the web but history itself, once the words leave your mouth they can never be unspoken.
When you "call someone out", what you set into motion is far more powerful than you may think. Words do hurt, and they often sink deeper than most bullets. Words are not easily forgotten. Burying people in insults, personal threats, and slandering their reputation does not make anything better for anybody. As generic as it may sound, it is true that this behavior only makes you look worse yourself rather than resolving the issue or "winning" the argument.
Learn to take things up man-to-man. With civility. Without dragging your audience into the sewage with you. There's something called Flickr Mail, which allows you to discuss things in privacy. If the other guy lacks civility? Don't drop to his level. A single well-thought-out response does worlds of good compared to dozens of racial slurs.
If you lack the maturity to handle the responsibility of an audience, you should not be posting online. Simple as that.
Yeah, the minority that's man enough to not bitch about all it's problems, except in this book. Left handed people have historically had to take the rougher road in several areas like writing, drawing, golf. To make up for it, the universe made us talented. Or at least, that's what my mom told me.

I decided to sort out the tupperwear cupboard today...it seemed quite full, once emptied and lids matched to containers, I had three complete containers and all these lids left over! Where do the containers go! I have thrown about 22 lonely lids!

Jade loved baseball it was her passion.One day on the way to the baseball field her life changed forever.Cloe and Melissa the populars came out behind the fence and from behind and attacked Jade.Cloe yelled "Loser!!" Melissa nodded in agreement.Usually quiet Melissa screamed "Baseball Freak!!" "Get a life loser!!!" They both screamed.Jade fainted and when she did the girls decided to put her on the huge transformer near the baseball field.At that moment the girls backed away and ran down the alley.Staying close enough to see Jade they watched the transformer shock her to death.Jade died from the injury and was remember the best baseball player in Stylesville,LA.Please stop bullying it hurts my feeling.If Taylor is bullied she will break down so please dont bully.Taylor has been cyber-bullied and i watched it all.So please stop.Taylor told me she hates going to school everyday she has to.Lets stop bullying!!
