Mowgli Hates Diapers

An alteration of “Blah Censorship!” dtwx.deviantart.com/art/CENSORSHIP-62854238 but this time drawn as Mowgli as He was SUPPOSED to be as intended by the Author.
What really baffled me as a child watching the Disney version of ‘The Jungle Book’ is where in God’s Green Earth did Mowgli get those tacky red underpants from?
Did he get them from some abandoned Men’s Warehouse around there? Do ANY of the woodland creatures even sense that he is in his Neutral Form? It’s really stupid, if you stop to think about it. I don’t wanna say “Naked” cuz animals don’t understand that word.
I purchased “The Jungle Book: Platinum Edition” for my mom (:D) and after seeing the film and the Documentaries, I can certainly understand the flaws that were between the movie and the original novel, and the fact as to why some of the relatives of Kipling were outraged at Walt for the inaccuracies that were depicted in the feature. Such as the fact that “Mowgli” was pronounced “MAW-Glee” and not “MOW-Glee”. The spelling is written the same, but the pronunciation is different, because it was an Indianan term.
Of course I’ve always been a fan of Wild Childs, and having them dressed in tattered clothes and rags does add a sense of style and coolness about them. And on the other hand, having them in a state of undress adds a Definitive State of Savagery because they lack any aspect of civilian recognition, or knowledge of the Force. :jedi: ;p
One thing about Mowgli from the novel is that his whole body is uncovered, wearing nothing, which was Important by the Author because it symbolized his reputation of the Jungle, and the visage of his own Humanity. Live action shows can do whatever they want with his appearance, but when it comes to Hand Drawn techniques it’s best just to leave him in His Original Human Form. Bodies are not Evil, if you stop to think about it.

Using my keychain LED I spelled out Hate which by magical chance is reflected in the mirror as its opposite, LOVE.
I did this one myself through trial and error. I'd love to take full credit for this idea, but I'd hate not to tell I based it on this cool tshirt pattern.

This part of Dr. King's speech has always struck a certain chord with me. I don't know about the rest of America, why some voted for and some voted against Barack Obama.
But I do know my own heart - my own soul. And I know as truth that I voted against Obama not for the color of his skin, nor even the content of his character, but the strength of his ideas.
And while I probably will not be happy with the direction the Democrats take the country, I am proud that our nation has taken a monumental leap towards realizing Dr. King's immortal dream.
Forty-five years ago he stood in our nation's capital, proclaiming a truth that had been supressed for generations beyond count - that on the inside, we are all the same.
But there is much yet to be done. We got here because our parents proclaimed that truth to us. We must proclaim that truth to our children, and our children's children. If we want to remain united, if we want to remain free, we must never, ever let go of that universal idea, an idea that echoes across time, from the dusty hills of Palestine 2,000 years ago to a sweltering hall in Philadelphia 232 years ago; an idea that freedom constantly declares against tyranny:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

On Saturday October 18, 2014, I joined around 90,000 people for "Britain Needs A Pay Rise," a march and rally in London organised by the TUC (Trades Union Congress) to highlight the growing inequality in the UK, and to call for an increase in pay for those who are not in the top 10% of earners, who, it was recently revealed, now control 54.1% of the country's wealth. The London march began on Victoria Embankment and proceeded to Hyde Park, where there was a rally, and where I photographed this woman with her excellent "Still Hate Thatcher" T-shirt, which, she said, she got at a feminist conference.
As I explained in an article before the protest, I was "extremely glad to see the TUC putting together a major protest, as it is exactly two years since the last major TUC-organised protest, 'A Future That Works'. Prior to that, there was the 'March for the Alternative' in March 2011."
As I also explained, "I must admit to being extremely disappointed that the unions have not organised massive anti-austerity protests every six months against the butchers of the Tory-led coalition government, who continue with their efforts to destroy almost every aspect of the British state, privatising almost everything that was not privatised by Margaret Thatcher, John Major, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and to hand it all over to unaccountable profiteers -- with the exception of their own jobs, and their lavish expenses, and, presumably, parts of the judiciary, the military and the intelligence services."
