I found this guy playing a harmonica in front of the Cafe Du Monde in the French Quarter. Those of you who know my work know that I'm fascinated by reflections.
I spent quite a while trying to get this image. He tended to rock back and forth when he played, so framing and focusing was a challenge.
So here is a unique image of the world-famous Cafe Du Monde, now re-opened and serving beignets and Cafe Au Lait.
While the lady folk were wandering silk quilt markets (say that three times fast), the men folk cruised the music store street. Dave bought a full set of harmonicas.

Friday, October 14 David and I went to Shanghai to hang out with Dave and Elizabeth for the weekend. They had a week in Shanghai after their week in Wuxi with us.
