Happy yellowy Friday! I have no idea what this is. I was out looking for some sunflowers when I saw this growing on a huge pant with those big stalks. Of course I had to stop and get some shots LOL Happy Shades of Yellow Friday!!

I don't usually worry about "Happy Bench Monday" shots, but: as we walked out of a small thicket of virgin Bush (A New Zealand term for "Forest") in the south-eastern corner of Trentham Memorial Park, hey presto: this tranquil little corner of the world suddenly appeared before us!

I went to see the fireworks at midnight ... but since I'm super bad at fireworks photography, I ended up making a video :) which I might upload !

I am in awe at all the medical staff who have been asked to perform above and beyond normal conditions fore many months and more to go. And they have willingly accepted that request.
Hindsight is 20 20 has another meaning.
This is one of the most photographed lighthouse's on the California central coastline. This is Pigeon Point Lighthouse located between Santa Cruz in the south to San Francisco in the north. If you notice the white fence is in need of repair.

One from a few weeks back.
Just been looking for some less dowdy feeling sorry for myself photos especially as I am now almost cold free yay.
I have to say that I am so happy with my little lot even if at times it seems I am not.
Just life has its ups and downs and living two at once can be a tad difficult. Anyway I still find more time to be like this than I do feeling blue
