The leaves also look cute sized down. It's less flamboyant, but suits Heena well. She's wearing the medium (MSD doll) size.

Handmade kimono. Handmade tsumami zaiku. (Also called kanzashi). I made each one by hand...I don't have a sewing machine, so kimono take a long time.

I made a smaller version of my ume clip. Plum blossom is one of my favorite traditional designs, and this is my take on it.

Lovely kimono fabric made into a slim 1/3 doll size! Lined on the sleeves and bottom half.

I went on a jewellery making workshop yesterday and this is the result. Its not something I would have thought to go out and buy as I usually go for plain and simple but I love it and the jingly sounds it makes as you move. I've never made anything like this before but I really enjoyed it, didn't even mind the numb then painful hands I woke up with this morning! It was worth it :)

This hood is handmade for a small adult. It's made with Brown upcycled Wool.

Always in style with sustainable usefulness,

This Fairy hat acts as both a Hat and Scarf!

If you get too warm, it flips down like a Hood.

You can even tie the tails to make a Satchel.

To see hoods like this one see my profile for information about my Etsy shop.

And ready to go :)

I Should be nicely stocked for the farmer's markets this spring and summer...

I made some kimono for these fashion dolls! They are Monster High and Ever After High dolls Clawdeen and Apple White. I'm making tiny tsumami zaiku to go with them soon. These are 1/6 fashion dolls.

I used kimono fabric to make these kimono.

I love her very much but still can't think of her name ><"

Heena wearing "grand" size

Sage wearing "large" size

Mio wearing the "small" size

Medium TBD, but can be seen on Ruan from earlier incarnations of this design. ^^

Since I have a new size 1/3rd, this means I make a variety of sizes of kanzashi and try them on my 1/6th and 1/8th dolls too. ;)

Kanzashi made by me...

Closeup on bodice. I can see why everyone likes working with this fabric! Not having to hem things is nice hahah

Segunda experiência em feltro... geometria abstracta.

Brevemente, o "produto" final! :-D

that black thing..grabbbed me by my hair and shook me and shook me....thank goodness mom saved me right away....oooof that mean black thing....

Normally I'll use black background for my dress shoot, but this time I look at her face and I think it must be pink!

So sweet... LOL

Eily's back to school outfit - she always wears something blue!

The fukurasuzume obi is made from kyoto yuzen, but it's synthetic fabric instead of silk, and makes very soft and lovely obi.

Tanabata wishes are written on paper and tied to a bamboo tree.

Handmade kimono on the middle little grey dear, Rin, by me.

Hairpins on all of their hair also made by me. You can see a star, a wisteria, and a black wisteria.

This one we've shown on Studio Bitamin Enkiri; now you can see the detail. The flowers are very sweet.

Hand made by me; vintage kimono juban fabric; not silk, this one is synthetic to avoid bleeding dyes.

"Why don't you photograph trees? trees are beautiful.... I do what I do for a living. It has to do with supply and demand.... you'd be amazed how small the demand is for pictures of trees...." Funny Face
