This was my second time on sheepdog training and we both (Einstein and me) enjoy it very much.

Created from an olde worn brown leather knitting bag, my coat is soft and rustic. The ends have been taken apart, and the zip removed so to house my delicious viscera. The sturdy bag handles have been left intact, so you can carry me around just as I always have been.
Rather than balls of wool and needles, I’m now filled with 32 sheets (64 pages) of Ecological white acid-free drawing paper by Fabriano. At 200gsm, this Italian made versatile paper is produced with 100& post consumer, recycled pulp. Cold pressed, this bright white paper is ideal for sketches & drawing with pencil, charcoal, pastel, graphite & ink. This paper carries the label "FSC 100% recycled” which guarantees that the product is made from post consumer reclaimed material.
Now you can feel even better while you sketch! My pages have been hand-torn to reveal a sumptuous deckled edge, and are stitched into my coat with heavyweight archival Irish linen thread.
I secure your sketches with two double leather wrap ties on each end so to ensure your precious creations don’t escape. Measuring 6 inches wide, 12 ½ inches tall with a 1 ½ inch spine, you can use me in either landscape or portrait format as you fill my pages with your artist’s touch. Since I am made from vintage materials I am unable to be repeated.
Her bird was extremely well-behaved and trained. It didn't even flinch when I took they're photo with a flash (I asked permission first).

CAMP HANSEN, OKINAWA, Japan – Military working dog handlers take turns executing an improvised explosive device lane March 24 at Camp Hansen. The training is part of their preparation for an upcoming deployment to Afghanistan. While military working dogs are able to identify explosives, it is necessary for the handlers to know how to identify the types of environments where IEDs may be emplaced.
