As the 'posh' 365 group doesn't allow videos, here is a little quicky for today.
I'm not frightened of bats and they don't really get in your hair.
I was instructed to take these.. just started on 'em last night. Bovine adrenals.¹ Mmmm. According to the super-awesome intuitive healer Julie Walker that I talked to, my adrenal glands have been weak since birth. She went on to explain how this has affected everything in my life, though she probably didn't need to--it immediately clicked..it makes so much sense.

The grande finale of the Finnish Nationals, Suomi Cup, takes place at Tampere on Saturday, Dec 10th. This season has been full of surprises and lead changes. Kallio Rolling Rainbow, Helsinki Roller Derby, Tampere Roller Derby and Dirty River Roller Grrrls - Turku Roller Derby, the four highest ranked teams after the regular season will battle for the gold.
The qualification game between Kouvola Rock n Rollers, ranked sixth after the regular season, and Joensuu Roller Derby, winner of Division 1, will also take place at the finals. The winner of the qualifier is granted a spot in the championship league next season.

Suomi Cupin yllätysten täyteinen kausi 2016 huipentuu Tampereella lauantaina 10.12. pelattavaan finaaliturnaukseen, jossa runkosarjassa korkeimmalle sijoittuneet neljä joukkuetta, Kallio Rolling Rainbow, Helsinki Roller Derby, Tampere Roller Derby ja Dirty River Roller Grrrls - Turku Roller Derby taistelevat mestaruudesta ja mitaleista.
Finaalien yhteydessä pelataan myös mestaruussarjan kuudenneksi sijoittuneen Kouvola Rock n Rollersien ja 1. divisioonan voittajan Joensuu Roller Derbyn välinen karsintaottelu, jonka voittaja lunastaa itselleen paikan ensi kaudelle mestaruussarjaan.
Toto vetämään, ravikengät jalkaan! Tänä vuonna kauden kruunaavissa Kuninkuusjameissa voi tapahtua mitä tahansa! 15 euron halpaan hintaan saat paikan katsomosta raviradan välittömästä läheisyydestä ja pääset elämään mukana viisi karvoja nostattavaa ja kovatasoista derbyottelua.

Sunny: Halp!! This isn't fun anymore. I can't get down!!
Last Thursday..
I took Sunny along to check out a neat little spot I had found in the past while walking around waiting for a dentist appoint time. Sunny on such a sunny day we headed out after my appointment. After finding the great Oxbow park. We then went to the neat place we planned on seeing. This little spot isn't an official park that I know of. Someone turned it into a fun spot for toys and toy lovers.
Ella and Gus were just playing around. Ella decided that she wanted to lay down but Gus beat her to it. I understand that he lets himself get "stuck" like this quite often.

Sheridan has some paralyzing anxiety and phobias around water, so he decided he should learn how to swim. Only problem is, to swim he has to learn how to float. Which means facing his fear sooner than he thought. The swimming instructors are stunningly amazing, working with him to get him the confidence and experience so he can move forward. I'm very proud of him for taking this step, and for continuing to make an effort even when the panic literally sinks him.
