"We have to remember, Diana," the little guy says.
He is tiny and is wrapped up in a union jack sleeping bag. He looks like a jockey and when he talks, the accent is so thick it doesn't really sound like English.
"I was here when Diana came to marry her 'usband. I am here today again. We have to remember Diana," he tells a reporter earnestly.
His shirt, one of the many of Kate and Will smiling blissfully into the camera, has a handwritten script: "Diana would have been proud."
