This woman and her husband (i supposed) were always giving us very interesting informations about the event. They told us, for instance, who was this guy.

Do I, do I belong to the night?

Only only only tonight.

All the ladies stay inside.

Time may freeze, a world could cry.

All this night running loud

I hear the whispers I hear the shouts.

And tho they never cry for help...

Tell me who sends these infamous gifts.

To make such a promise and make such a slip.

Oh no

Can't pull a trick

Never the rose

Without the prick

But tell me how do I say?

I woke up and it was yesterday.

Do I again face this night?

The guide book, inlcuding text, adverts and recipes, for the annual Food Fair held at London's Olympia and promoted by the Food Manufacturers' Federation and sponsored by the Daily Express. This is the 1960 edition and includes sections on British producers as well as Continental importers along with information on both US and Canadian foods, the latter having just been freed from 20 years of restrictions. As well as descriptions of many companies there are numerous adverts.

These two adverts are for food producers Drings Ltd. of London and Sutherlands Foods of Sheffield. The latter were a well known brand of paste and sandwich spread manufacturers whose little jars, with the pressure lockec caps, were familiar in so many British shops and larders. Drings, manufacturing sausages and 'hot dogs' were based in the industrial estate that sat next to the old Empire Stadium in Wembley, the remains of the 1924/5 Empire Exhibition Grounds.

Before the deconstruction starts, JCCBI offered guided tours of the Champlain Bridge to the public for two weekends. These historic 90-minute tours presented in collaboration with Heritage Montreal were offered during the first two weekends in November. Visitors to the original Champlain Bridge can capture never-before-seen images and enjoy a memorable experience!

An audio tour or audio guide provides a recorded spoken commentary, normally through a handheld device, to a visitor attraction. They are also available for self-guided tours of outdoor locations, or as a part of an organised tour. It provides background, context, and information on the things being viewed. Audio guides are often in multilingual versions and can be made available in different ways. Some of the more elaborate tours available include original music and interviews, offering an experience more comparable to an audio documentary than to a traditional guided tour. Traditionally rented on the spot, some audio guides are free or included in the entrance fee, others have to be purchased separately.

In my photos of the Lookout Fire by Painted Cave yesterday, I didn't show the guide plane. It flies ahead of the fire bombers on the same path, and lays down a smoke trail for them to follow. Once I figured this out, it was easy to capture photos of the bombers dropping their loads. (San Marcos Pass, 17 October 2012)

The bomber pilots get all the glory, but these pilots are just as important!
