Someone dressed up Grumpy Cat as the Easter Bunny. This was in the window of The Ark Toy Store, in Noe Valley.

The big draw at Mashable House during SXSW 2014 was the opportunity to get a photo with the meme-tastic Grumpy Cat. I wasn't willing to wait in the huge queue outside, so one of the Mashable security guys kindly offered to snap a pic with my iPhone. (I just wish he had waited until the random stranger had stepped away from Grump Cat...)

Friday, March 11, marked Day 1 of SXSW 2016. While I was initially planning to catch the SXSW Film Festival's opening night premiere, I changed those plans after Friskies invited me to be a VIP at the Friskies Cat Concoctions private party held in honor of Grumpy Cat (a.k.a. Tardar Sauce). Among the many highlights of the party was the chance for a photo op with Grumpy herself! (Alas, we weren't allowed to pet her.) I tried taking a selfie, but I couldn't get a good shot since I have short arms...

I'm going away tomorrow to work (with over 100 teenagers) on a performing and visual arts camp for a week.

I don't think she really wants me to go because, while she is here looking rather cute, whenever I tried to take her out of the case she would growl and bite me... Poor Rubes {:-(

Stewart was a willing model when we visited C's sister at Christmas.

The big draw at Mashable House during SXSW 2014 was the opportunity to get a photo with the meme-tastic Grumpy Cat. I wasn't willing to wait in the huge queue that was outside the building when I first arrived, but the line was much shorter when I was leaving...so I hopped in line and got to have my photo taken with a very sleepy Grumpy Cat. This was the ''official'' photo taken with the Mashable/Friskies backdrop. Friskies donated food to a local shelter for each attendee who tweeted their pic with the #HolyShrimp hashtag.

This little guy... boy does he make me smile. I don't care what anyone says =P

And no i did not make him lay on me, he does this on a regular basis, along with sleeping on my head. James is my 15 year old baby <3 I have had him since the day he was born, so truly he is practically my baby.
