Step 1: Pile as much bacon and sausage as you can onto a griddle barely big enough to handle it.
Step 2: Watch out for grease shooting everywhere.
Step 3: Eat the tasty bacon!
Brunch on Sunday: we went back to The Griddle Café up on Sunset Blvd. I decided we'd have the Apple Cobbler French Toast. Holy fuck it was delicious. And once again a huge portion -- you really don't need any more than one dish to shar here. (Hence the extra plate.)
