The ravens at the zoo are often visited by wild ravens who sit on the top of their enclosure. They communicate with each other and often pass food back and forth.
The resident ravens are not afraid of me, but their wild cousins are. Sometimes, it seems that it wouldn't occur to the ones inside the habitat that the others will not come when I'm around.
The name "without" is because originally the church stood outside the city walls.
There had been a Saxon church on the site in the 11th century but by 1090 it had been replaced by a Norman one. In 1394 it was rebuilt in the perpendicular gothic style during the reign of Richard II. The stone tower was added in 1682.
The church has been badly damaged by fire on three occasions: In 1545, in 1897 and during an air raid of the Blitz of the Second World War . German bombs completely gutted the church but it was restored using the plans of the reconstruction of 1545. It is also one of the very few medieval churches left in London having survived the Great Fire of London in 1666.

Back from a very wet few days in Malta, largely devoid of wildlife encounters. However a brief spell of sunshine and being in the right place at the right time resulted in the find of the holiday, a Mediterranean Chameleon, albeit a rather off-colour individual, found in a green space in the capital, Valetta.

Masa Plympton from Deadwool, added a grey scale to the set for the undercut hair and beard. I have always been a huge fan of this set, and many time i found myself sad about the fact that it did not have a grey scale, well... He heard us.
