Cool hornet mimic moth, though I guess I wouldn't think it so cool if I were concerned about my grape vines.

Grapes on the vine at Ventosa Vineyards on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Ventosa Vineyards was one of four wineries I visited during a Seneca Lake wine tour for a relative's 80th birthday celebration earlier this month.

I have been nurturing my grape vine for a long time now. When my kids were small they would eat them sour or not or squish them off the vine as fast as they would appear. I'm so glad they are nearly grown now.
