A photo of a typical scene when playing at the local Golf Club. The name of the club Is "Wolston Golf Club" and it is located at Goodna, Ipswich Queensland, Australia. Only 30min from Brisbane by car or train and less than a k from where I live
Macro Mondays filling the frame. This is a golf ball on my window sill with the bug screen mesh creating a shadow on the ball. HMM!
A bull and his ladies at rest on the greens of the Banff Springs Golf Course. The bull calls out at after a golf cart had passed by. Now that's an interesting hazard to negotiate.
Thanks for taking a look. Always appreciated.
I'm not a golfer - but I just might take it up to golf here. This is about a mile from where I grew up. I loved being able to see the Whitetank Mountains every day.
Golfflag in Vuosaari Helsinki. It was little a bit wind in this golf field (I was just taking photographs). Nice experience to visit Vuosaari.
Closer look at that circa-1910 coal tower in Macon, Ga. The relic and the land surrounding it were purchased a few years ago for conversion to a golf and pickleball recreation center by a developer who planned to preserve the local landmark.
Odd coincidence: My next stop on this road trip was another abandoned landmark that already had been partially converted to a golf driving range.
An Acushnet Green Ray golf ball, probably from the 1940s or 1950s, and a MacGregor Tourney 5-wood. Acushnet has been the maker of Titleist golf balls since the 1930s.
Enjoy The Masters!!
