This Second World War Type 26 pill box dating back to 1940/41 will probably end up over the cliff in the not too far distant future as weather erosion and high seas batter the Norfolk Coast.
This stretch of coast at Happisburgh constantly suffers from the effect of Autumn / Winter storms and in this image you can see to the right where some of the cliff has started to crack and fall on to the beach.
Another pointer as to how serious and imminent a fall may be can be seen by how far away from the box that the farmer has sown his crop . . A couple of years ago the crop was sown virtually up to the box.

This photo was taken while my cousin's family and I took a trip out to a beautifully large corn maze. Every year they grow the corn maze for people to wander through. This particular year that we went, the maze pathways were in the shape of a large tractor.
Part way through our adventure, we went over one of the bridges that led in to the next colored area (because each area is colored with ribbon), but when we went over that bridge I may have lost our map by dropping it. Once you enter the next area, you can't go back to the previous area, or so they said.
