Yesterday, the Wall Street Journal addressed the global oil supply surplus, which has continued at record levels for nearly a year, in an article which quoted JBC Energy.
“Even if the rest of the winter turns out to be very cold, we expect the distillate glut onshore and offshore not be consigned to history until at least late 2010," said the firm.
