Ottawa, Ontario - 'Prescott Russell Trail Link' - 'railway Fish Plate' joining two sections of track. Apparently, the railway track is associated with the 'Montreal & City of Ottawa Junction Railway (M&OJ). This railway dating from the 1870's ran from Ottawa to Coteau, QC, just west of Montreal.
