Ghost, a 20-year veteran, is officially retired at the Distinguished Service and Recognition Ceremony at Fort Hood, Texas, Feb. 10.

The Ghost starship was owned by the Twi'lek Hera Syndulla and was used by a group of rebels during the reign of the Galactic Empire. It was named for its ability to evade Imperial sensors. The ship had a nose turret gunner station with a dedicated gunner seat and a 360-degree dorsal laser cannon turret. On the back of the ship, rested a small attack shuttle called the Phantom.

Ghost Train as pictured at the Bray Summer Festival. Bray is one of those seaside towns that they forgot to tear down. But once a year for the festival it recaptures it's former glories.
Best viewed large.
