The Ghostbusters have sectioned off this part of the sewer and adapted it for storage. I'm not sure if that's some sort of high-tech ecto-contraption holding Stay-Puft, or just a glass case holding an expensive bit of marshmallow merchandise. I figure Ray would be a collector.
My first in a series of Life Sized Ghostbusters Props made from LEGO, It's a Trap!
The stripes done with yellow tape\stickers, lighting is just basic LEDs lights inside.

These are the two sewer chambers under the Firehouse. Identical in size to the ones beneath Grayskull, but featuring different details.

The rear door was one of the difficult bits. It sits at a somewhat ungainly angle when opened, but it does work and leaves enough room to pull out the stretcher that can hold the Ghostbusters' proton packs (although in my case it only holds one; the other three are carried on the backs of the figures).
GHOSTBUSTERS...
Ralph Bilbao, Jacob Dubizhansky and Todd Felton were awesome as the ghost busting trio at Fandom Invasion.

In my opinion, here's where my model shines: all the doors open giving a view of the detailed interior.
One of many locations shot in and around Calgary for the new Ghostbusters movie. I was told today that they wrapped last Friday so wanted to photograph this set before it disappears.

Day-after clearance at Wal-Mart! We had been wanting to have a complete team in 1:12 so we grabbled these at the clearance price. Aaaand, since it is a BAF series, we got Gozer and Dana as well.
A dream come true... my favorite childhood movie, 20 years ago I was running around with a proton pack built out of Lego and strapped to my back... now I can finally build my own Ecto-1!!
One for building, second one for keeping it sealed :)
I really enjoyed building all the stuff that is carried on the roof. Oddly enough for such a large vehicle, it didn't feel as though I had an awful lot of room up there to cram it all in.
If you're wondering what happened to the unique cars used in the Ghosbusters films, here they are! The original 2 movies were made in 1984 and 1989.
Parked on permanent display at the Sony Picture Entertainment studios in Culver City, CA. We were there for the day earlier this year to attend a taping of "Jeopardy" and got take the studio tour. I highly recommend it if you're in the L.A. area.
