New to Flickr and presenting my upgraded Ecto-1 mini van moc ready for Halloween 🎃.

The Ecto-1 is based on Lego 31079 and I did some modifications for ghostbusters, happy Halloween!

There's something strange in the Neighbourhood...

Lots of people have built excellent renditions of the Ghostbusters and their Ecto-1 and inspiration for my version and for the figures comes from many of them (most notably Orion Pax and Stephan Sander), but I wanted my own with my own twist.

some where deep in the dark woods of NY i stumbled upon this cool car.

Further progress: Made it just a bit taller, opening up space for a third level. Third level lab includes computers, reel-to-reel, and particle charged glass holding cell (inspired by the unit that holds Slimer in the IDW comic). I also reinforced the fire pole, made the roof top easily removable for accessibility, and added the alarm Janine sets off in the opening credits of the cartoon.

When the official LEGO Ghostbusters came to town, the Brickforge accessories weren't properly placed in storage. An ectoplasm leak from the Containment Unit mixed with the Brickforge accessories, and evil spectral versions of the Ghostbusters were formed.
