Option 1: Do the sensible thing and stop shooting, getting back to dry land before surprisingly quick tide eats up your path back.

Option 2: Stay out on the sandbank and continue shooting, worrying about the way back when the sun goes down.

Needless to say, I did wonder if it was all worth it as I squelched all the way home.
