Money goes to helping me pay for private specialist medical care for a severe immune damaging disease I have, MECFS, outside the coverage of public medical care.
MECFS is akin to liver/kidney failure in severity. The body becomes severely unable to defend against disease and harmful matter, as essential immune functions are damaged.
A 2016 USA MECFS Mortality study found a median 17 year life expectancy reduction amongst MECFS afflicted.
MECFS research and treatments exist, but hasn't reached public medical health. Almost exclusively, the only medical care is via private medical specialists.

This pizza contains all the genrous toppings I could think about - ranging from prawn and other seafoods to different meats, salami to green vegetables. Truly one of the multicolor food I've had ever! And dont underestimate the cheese!
Amelda & Craig Astfalk of Puzzly UK generously agreed to sponsor the speed competition at the 2024 BCD House Party. This was using a specially developed, unreleased jigsaw, with a box marked 'First Edition'.
They recreated and updated the display they had put on in June, at the Guildford meeting close to their home. Puzzly, is one of three laser-cut start-ups in the UK since 2020. Amelda & Craig started Puzzly in late 2020 and their story appeared in our magazine in issue 147 pg12. They feature local places in their range - Pirbright Green, Guildford High Street, Henley on Thames - and now their latest Guildford Walkabout.
Although they have a small range of images, right from the start Puzzly offered several cut styles (and two sizes for some of them). We brought their largest jigsaw to date, 638pc Ocean Life to do over the weekend.

At Feb 2024 they have a range of 38 titles. Their best seller with US buyers is the 271pc Land Rover Defender, Camel Trophy Edition and in the UK the very pretty pointillist Mediterranean Summer by Henri Edmond Cross (200pc or 420pc).
