The aircraft belongs to the squadron 152 Filo "Raiders" (Akincilar). The raider's lance in the squadron art cleverly integrates with the pitot tube on the fin and the static discharge wick on the rudder :o))
Several oversees air forces who participated in RIAT 2018 acknowledged the RAF 100th anniversary by adding the RAF100 logo to their displaying aircraft. In the case of this Belgian Air Force F-16AM on the port horizontal tail surface.

F-16 from the RNLAF (Royal Netherlands Air Force) roaring into the sky during the NATO Tiger Meet (NTM) 2014 held at Schleswig Jagel WBG/ETNS Germany. Powerful afterburner flame with great colors and heat distortion against the background of trees. As is the norm for summers in northern Germany, the weather was overcast, damp, rainy and very, very cold. Standing up for 8 hours, wet and shivering in June, just to catch some planes flying - that is the life of a spotter!

Sometimes you find weird stuff on the internet, and sometimes you have to share it.
I'm not exactly sure where this came from, but it's a drawing somebody at General Dynamics must've done.
The concept is just amazing on so many levels. Take the GAU-8 Avenger (from the A-10) and mount it in (on?) an F-16.
For the life of me I can't imagine why you'd ever want to do that, and from what little I know of aerodynamics it seems like this whole concept would be an absolute nightmare in all respects.
But it's the kind of thing that would be awesome in a video game like Ace Combat or something. And here I thought the Delta-7 was unique. I'm pretty sure that's Obi-Wan Kenobi in that cockpit.
